Yesterday was interesting. I was asked to do a video interview with Healthy Wage, because I won my challenge with them. So I did that yesterday afternoon and that was fun. Also, I set a new record for myself with a 25 mile bike ride in 2 hours yesterday morning. I went early to avoid as much traffic as possible. I had bulletproof coffee for breakfast, a salad for lunch (I gave my chihuahua most of the chicken from it) and two avocado & tomato sandwiches on buttered keto toast for dinner. I don't know why I never thought of that combination before, but I found it delicious. I hope all of you FS Warriors have a great finish to your week.
