I fell off the wagon for the past couple of weeks...I just couldn't seem to find my motivation. It seems like once you fall it is hard to get back up but today I decided to kick my behind into gear and get back on track. I so do not want to let all my hard work go down the tube and gain everything back. I spent the morning grocery shopping and filling my house with fresh produce and healthy food. Tomorrow morning I will weigh- in. I suppose there will be a gain but I am prepared for that and will not let it discourage me but motivate me to work extra hard to have a loss next week! Here we go...

Thanks everyone :) I weighed in this morning and am up 4.6 lbs. Not good but not horrible. I had a good eating day yesterday...stayed under my RDI. My goal is to get this 27 lbs off by summer so I can be under 300 :)

Count yourself lucky. I gained over 11 lbs in my 2 week craziness but as of this morning's unofficial weigh-in, I've lost all but .8 lbs. I'm hoping to have that gone too by my weekly weigh-in on Monday morning. You can do this.

Maybe whatever caused the craziness is gone for awhile now. It's so frustrating to work so hard to lose, and gain it back so easily. We will just have to dust ourselves off and start over.

It would be nice if it came off as easy as it went back on. But let's focus on how we are going to lose going forward. I'm cooking a small turkey today so we will have a low calorie, low fat meat to munch on for lunch tomorrow and for supper tonight. Hang in there, Girl. We've got this, right?
