So, took a bit of a breather after the end of tax season. Two day drive home to NC from TX. Spent the night in Meridian, MS and hiked some beautiful trails around 3 lakes. Since getting home, we've hike or walked 3-4 miles per day and dug a lot of holes for new flowering shrubs on the property. Really tiring workouts. Dropped 2.4 lbs this week. Still on plan. Actually weighed .6 lbs less at the doctor's office this A.M., but I'm sticking to my home body composition scale for my FS weigh-ins. The plan is going well, so I don't want to mess with it. This morning, my Dr. told me that she wants me to limit protein to 80g per day. So, I'll try that. She has me at 1600-1700 Kcal per day of intake, but that isn't going to happen. I have a really hard time hitting 1,000 Kcal per day. So, I'll up the low-glycemic carbs and cut back a tad on the protein. Hope everyone has a great week.
