well, i tried eating a bit more thru this week as i thought maybe i wasnt eating enough and that was what my stalling was but... no ive put on 200gms! sooo.. must need to up the exercise instead to try and get things moving downwards so thats the plan? for this week...

Good plan. It's so hard to figure out where the sweet spot is between diet and exercise. It the past I just wanted to lose so I'd cut calories. Now I want to lose weight and gain muscle (so that I won't be old and feeble and so that I can eat more and still not gain weight) so it's all about exercise. How are you tracking what you eat to make sure you're eating less than you burn?

thanks for the comments bronze60, am going back to writing everything down in my journal, i usually write down my exercise for each day in that as well. i know i should use the tracker on here a bit more, am a bit slack at filling it out daily! seems time consuming at present while trying to find all the different foods.
