aaand I'm back, had decided to not record anything this weekend and not even logon here because i felt i was getting a bit too caught up in this whole thing. but this is a new week, injured myself last week not sure what exactly, hopefully i can still exercise... will see how tonight goes.

lol i never recorded anything either mainly because i decided to change my diet and didnt know what to change it to so used that as an excuse to just chill and eat crap all weekend lol
