Yesterday, I got up about 11:30. Lunch was around 3, and dinner around 7:30. Bex and I met up with Betsey and Barb for dinner, and they were late. I did not get home until almost 10 PM. So it was a short day. I was thirsty when I got home, as dinner was salty. We ate at Mona's burger place over by Becs' condo. I had gotten there early and ducked into Trader Joe's for biscotti, but I ended up with cheese stix and chocolate covered dried bananas, which I sampled. I had intended to eat a lot of other things that I never got around to eating. Moving on.....................My cheese sauce today for lunch is Welsh Rarebit, which I made quite a few days ago and need to eat up. I never put the recipe into my recipes. Guess I should do that now. I do not actually believe that the Herbed Chicken Rose is that many calories. I did not eat any chicken skin, and a lot of that weight was bones. The sauce was made with light sour cream!
