Yesterday was too hard to record. I ate the other half of my hamburger from Bitches and Brew or whatever that place in Lafayette was called. I had 2 small bowls of ice cream. AND I had a repeat of Sunday's dinner. I still do not think that it is as many calories as the recipe says. Separate the sauce recipe from the chicken! Weigh the chicken on the scale. Then decide on the calories. I still have many leftovers to eat. Can't do much about recording today either. I'll have the last pulled pork slider along with the coleslaw from Clementine's, but I'll drain off their dressing and put on Thousand Island. Then, I'll eat the last bacon wrapped shrimp. And for dinner, I will make some new peanut sauce and eat it with those chicken skewers. And more ice cream. So I ended up eating the tuna in a sandwich for lunch with jalapeno potato chips. Then I had the slider and coleslaw for dinner.
