doin better! walkin at least twice a week still occasionally eatin the bad stuff but just went shopping for lunch things that will actually entice me and are low in fat and high in nutrition - salad stuff soups apples for snack etc. had reiki the other night which seemed to relax me and enable me to concentrate better on my goals walked 45 minutes today and an hour yesterday this beautiful weather helps! all my pants are getting loose! but my birthdays coming up so lets hope my man gets me a gift certificate for some new clothes-another great motivator! gettin alot of compliments on my 'weight loss' although i haven't really seen that much of a difference but i keep reminding myself that when i was a size 8 I still thought i was 'fat' cause i had a belly -now i kno that belly was mostly bloating from dairy...my new small goal is to walk twice a week and eat the bag of apples in two weeks which is basically an apple a day
