Yesterday I had half a hamburger for lunch along with a few French fries. For breakfast, I had 2 bacon wrapped shrimp and a lemon girl scout cookie. For dinner, I had a small bowl of creamed spinach, another bacon shrimp goodie and a package of the chocolate mushroom goodies that Sue buys at Costco. I also had my wine.

My dessert today does not contain nectarines. They are defrosted white peaches. No difference in the calories though. I guess there's about 1 1/2 cups of fruit. I do not remember if I sugared it. Probably not. I'll mix in 1 T tapioca starch, 2 T splenda and 1/2 t. cinnamon. Then I'll top it with my pre-mixed topping. Probably 1 1/2 servings of it. Who knows how many calories that is...............
