Did some new Zumba videos that I've never tried before. Surprised I got a good sweat going considering how uncoordinated I was while trying to catch up to the moves!

Sucks to only get about 4 hours with Officer BF today, and probably won't get more than 3 hrs with him tomorrow, but I digress...We each enjoyed half of a very delicious meal at Olive Garden. It isn't typical for either of us to get full with only half of our meals! We showed restraint! Didn't devour the meal just because "it tastes good!"...as long as I stop eating once I'm full, I do such a great job at losing weight! And he's been doing a fantastic job! I wish muscle definition came in as quickly on women as it does on men! His motivation is a great motivator for me. If only we would work out together..

Happy to meet my first personal goal on my profile page (to lose 2 lbs per week, the healthy way), to get down to 180 lbs before December 1st (on November 8TH!)! Just have to keep with the drive and motivation and I'm well on my way to being in great shape by New Years, and even better shape by my 33rd birthday!
