It was a strong week from both food and activity perspective so tbh I wanted to see 2 or even 1.5 lbs lost. At the same time I know there are many factors involved including my old analog scale. One thing that was different is my steps were at a slightly slower pace. Or it could also be that I’m closer to goal and that weight comes off more slowly. Or it could be that I’ve gained muscle which is very likely. Whatever the reason, I’m thrilled with my progress and feel great and in the next 1-2 weeks expect to get out of obese BMI - although I have to say I certainly no longer feel obese! 🏃‍♀️🌱🧘
