I've gone almost two weeks without artificial sweeteners. It's getting easier, but having unsweetened coffee is not exciting. I want to try and see if I lose weight better without these ingredients. Not easy being a good girl. I'm happy I'm 211, this is 2 lbs down for my bouncing around 213. Can't wait to get out of the 200's. I have a gym membership, I think I should use it. Except I'm so lazy!

I like stevia... it comes in a variety of flavors and tastes good in tea and even water! Soda water or water with fruit and mint. It is not easy to avoid the empty calories beverages... but for the next several weeks I will try to do this with ya.
