BIG Challenge this weekend...80th Birthday party for a friend. Menu - Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw and Baked Beans..and homemade birthday cake!
I don't feel tempted to eat any of the food - just need some ideas on what I can take to eat. Guess I could always stop by and get a Caesar salad to go.
Any other ideas?

Deviled eggs and/or a cold veggie tray of cauliflower, radishes, celery, carrots (even though technically not Induction-approved), etc. with regular ranch dressing as a dip. You could even add jicama cubes.
