I'm going to a party later for my nephew. Lots of food and drinks! I'm going to eat before I go, since the menu is never that healthy. I've been eating way to much as it is the last few days. I feel like I've been spiriling out of control. This always happens to me. This time I'm putting the breaks on. I don't like how I feel right now. In the past I don't think I've ever recognized that gross feeling of just being over stuffed. In September I am taking this skinny plate challenge. Three meals a day with a small plate. You can put three food items on it, no bigger than the palm of your hand. Snacks have to be healthy ones like fruit or veggies through out the day. So for Septemeber I won't be posting what I eat, but I will record my exercises.
