Hello! I'm a mom, wife, and college student. I gained most of my weight after my youngest was born, and he's going on 6 years old now. I love going to the gym, so I think getting my exercise in should be easy. The tough road to face will be eating right. I know this has to be a lifestyle change, and not a quick way to lose weight.
This is about the heaviest I've been give or take 10 lbs. Honestly I've been loosing the same 30 lbs for a couple years now. It seems like every time I gain it back I add a few extra pounds to it. Most of the last 6 years I've been in the 230s/220s, but over the last year I really let a lot of stress get to me and I shot up into the 270s.
