I've been offline for a few days. I haven't really made an effort to get the gym either. My eating has been ok. A few cokes this week and chips. Ugh did not feel good after that binge. I feel like I put the bakes on before the damage was to bad. School has started up again for me now. It's time to get a little more organized and take time to get to the gym again. If I have time to play around on facebook I have time for the gym LOL.
