SOOOO... im trying.. i dont wanna weigh myself.. even tho i have that happy "weigh in now" sign... in red.. you know the icon..

i realized on the bright side that even tho i am not doing EVERYTHING i want to do.. i have still lowered my calorie count i was eatting 2500-2800 a day.. so what i have been doing is a step.. work out monday.. lol

Every little bit helps. Put in a little effort in everyday and you'll see some positive results. But the main thing is just don't give up or feel frustrated just because of what the scales say. The best way to know your progress is by trying on clothes that used to be too small. If you can fit in them comfortably then you've made real progress. Clothes tell the real story, not the scales. Hang in there buddy!
