Been feeling pretty tired this week and not really sure why. Got in a few good workouts and a couple short hikes. Eating was top notch as always and just finished my two day cleanse! Life is good. Bought a new dress to wear to my cousins wedding tomorrow and had my first pedicure! Both things I would have NEVER done 5 or even 10 years a go ;) Things are progressing and moving forward in a good way. Love the weight coming off giving me these new found confidence :) Never give up on your yourself and your dreams YOU are worth it! Have a great weekend everyone :)

Thank you all! It has been a great weekend and I feel great, loving all the small things that used to be so difficult to do that I can now do with ease again :)
