Hi Friends! Man has it been a crazy week! Besides working my regular 8 hour day I was in charge or our churches' VBS this week and dealing with the produce from our garden and orchard. Then Tuesday my father-in-law tried to commit suicide. CRAZY!! He is going to live and hopefully get the help he needs. With all that going on I have not eaten the best or at regular intervals or got any exercise. I had intentions of exercise but my body over rode those thoughts.
I just want to say that no matter how bad your life may be you DO matter and your life is a treasure. If you need to talk please find someone or message me, I'll listen.
If you are a praying person I would appreciate your prayers as we walk through this as a family. Hopefully starting tomorrow things will start to return to "normal".
