i have come to realize that i snack too much.. that is my down fall.. i dont eat that bad.. i just like sweets.. but i think that is every1.. or most people.. i just want to get down to where i want to be.. NOW i need to add in exercise.. i complain about that.. but i thank God for my sister.. she has me motivated.. countin calories.. i thank God for the realization that i wont be this size froever if i dont pay attention now..

my goal.. is to stay focused and motivated..

Thanks for the Tip, I am sure you will do great.I am good about the working out, my husband in my "gym partner" so that helps alot...its the eating that gets me into troubble! When you start working out and really get into it, you will miss it if you dont do it for a bit.
