I'm feeling pretty good. My weight went up (don't know why). But its coming back down. I've been pushing fat.

Ever have a FAT BOMB? Have I got one for you. 4T unsalted butter melted, 4T coconut oil melted, 2T heavy whipping cream, 1.5T sugar free coffee syrup flavor Caramel or Hazelnut. 1 or 2 crushed Macadamia nuts. Mix well everything minus nuts. Pour into 8 tiny wax cups which hold about 1T. Then top each cup with the nuts. FREEZE. cals: 137kcal | fat: 15.47g | carbs: 0.21g | prot: 0.14g PER SERVING.

They taste great and really help you get your fat in. I have one to three a day. And have also fat coffee in the morning.

Fat totals about 80-85% a day! Living low carb, high fat.
