Elka... It's a little cove near lulworth on the south coast. You have to walk quite far to get there so it's normally very quiet 🙂

There’s nothing wrong with your frame it’s ideal for gaining muscle Guys with the slimmer frame seem to always to get good gains because they build muscle without adding too much body fat making them more cut normally they have a high metabolism first thing is you need to work on your confidence first, not everyone on this site is here to lose weight good luck you will get what you want 👍

I completely understand, my husband has the same battle as you. He won't even wear shorts when it's hot as he hates his calves & no matter what he does, they don't change. He can work out and improve muscle all around his body except his calves. We both went on a healthy eating journey but mine was to loose & his was to gain. Keep up the good work🙂
