11% carbs 65% fat 24% protein Boy did I blow it today. I ordered one small coleslaw for lunch, it had 35 carbs in it! When you are counting carbs you have to be so careful. It is amazing how many times you think you are eating healthy but you are not. We are so poorly educated about our food consumption. I managed to get my ratios in pretty good shape but I will be careful in the future. Sometimes it is hard or impossible to check in advance but when I can't check I will stay with meat, cheese and vegetables. I just hope I didn't set my self back too much. My steps were over 10,000 again today! A success! and I drank a ton today! Good night friends and I wish you a successful Wednesday!
