Ok my weight was down slightly this a.m. So another day of trying hard on the ratios. My fat was 68%, net carb 10% and protein 22%. Goals were 65% for Fat, 5% for carbs and 30 for protein. My calories were under my MDI. So to evaluate: my fat % was very close, net carbs was slightly high and my protein was low 8%. My calories need to at or below my MDI if I have any opporunity to lose. I felt hungry this afternoon and used a atkins shake and ice to make a choc shake. Helped alot. The hunger was probably due to being tired. Good night and butter on.
