No actual loss this week, but was up 5.6 lbs Wednesday and managed to get back down to the same weight I was at last week so I'll take it! = NO GAIN!!! + it's that TOM...always retaining water and feeling bloated.

Had an incredible weekend of fun celebrating my graduation. Body is starting to cooperate for working out again! Walked 20 miles with Leslie Sansone in the last 4 days alone. Will try and get another chunk under my belt. Hoping I can reach my monthly walking goal still if I keep it up the next 3 days! Rest day on Canada Day and then back into the swing of things! Working out makes everything better. I feel better, I know I look better, the inches are falling off, the pounds are falling off, I have way more energy, lots more around the house is getting done, my mind is a lot clearer. Over all exercise is making me happy! If you don't workout, yet, try it! :) Enjoy your day everyone :) :) :)

And don't it feel good! Love your post. It is great when you know you are doing great even if the scales don't always show it. Spit on the scales and do a happy dance!

LOL Kattay! I actually don't mind the scale because of how I feel eternally and mentally and the new sizes of clothes I am buying again is wonderful...I don't let the scale decide how big or small I am. Thanks Deb_N :)
