February weight loss recap: 3 pounds lost; average calories 1400, average exercise 2125 (I do NOT record regular day-to-day activities). Highest calorie day (excluding Super Bowl Sunday) 1575, lowest calorie day 1241.
All in all, not bad. I'd love the loss to be higher, but I can live with this, esp. since this was the 11th month on Atkins. Overall, I'm down 60 pounds in 48 weeks, so I can't complain. Calories are higher than they've been in a few months but due to my miscalculations on the pressurized whipping cream, that may not be a fair comparison.
One of these days, I'll start to go back through each month (since June when I came on site) and calculate my NET carbs for each month on average; wish the site would give me that automatically, but it looks like it will only average the total carbs, not net.
