I decided to keep track of my food and exercise in the journal again. I am getting too frustrated with the diet calendar and I avoid trying to enter every little thing there. So, starting today:
Wed, April 1 (and this is no joke - I'm going to keep up with this!) pineapple cup coffee with SF hazelnut creamer whole grain spaghetti with chicken/tomato/mushroom sauce apple 2 slices lowfat bologna
Exercise: 40 minute run - 4 miles 10 minute stair machine intervals 24 pull-ups & 24 dips crunches
