Okay, Since I been keeping trake I have found I'd not eating enough Cal's. I figured that I ate to many, however I never really kept count. I also realized I Have to many fats. Some how I got to figure out how to talk my hubby into buying some Fat free things. Even if it just for me. Anyone have idea's on fat free thing's that tast not fat free. That would help me make the switch better, with the hubby. Thanks
