So I've had an incredibly unusual month so far. I started to go to the gym, and that caused me to put on some weight at first. But now my cycle started and I've been so unfocused that I haven't IF in almost a week.
My weight is UP 218.6 today. My lowest weight was 213.2 lbs. I have been staying very close to induction but I did on two occasions have potato. Going to stop that immediately.
Today is the first day of my fat fast. Trying to get myself back into Ketosis and get my feet back under me. This month is the first month since I hit a plateau months ago that Ive lost not one single pound. (Not discouraged, I'm calling this a tiny, tiny break).
I intend on going back to the gym. I haven't gone to the gym in 5 or 6 days. I have two months to get my weight to 200 lbs. I usually don't put time limits like that, but I go back to Vancouver, WA to see my kids and I really want to be close to 200 lbs when I go. I leave August 1st.
I hid my scale. I don't want to know what my weigh ins are going to be the next five days... I think by day five I'll weigh 214 lbs. If I do that is okay.. Habit dictated that I weigh myself daily (many times a day) but I only recognize the first weigh in. So here's to patience and not knowing! :)
I've missed blogging, but I've been so notty- not much to share. Here's to not knowing, and to day one of my Fat fast! :)
