Not sure what's wrong with me. I have been binging the last 3 days. going to bed feeling sick I've eaten so much. drinking a whole bottle of wine when I know I shouldnt. need to refocus and get back on track.

C'mon John you can do this bud! We have a reunion coming up this year and we don't want to be the chubby buddies. LOL Stay focused on why you want to change, all those foods and drink will be there to enjoy at a later time. I'm sure they won't discontinue them before we can indulge once in awhile.
