Restarted phase 1 and doing fine. It was hard AGAIN because I wanted to give in and have a pretzle but I hang on. I got by and I know each day gets a little easier! Hope everyone else is doin ok!

Keep the positive attitude. That will really help you get through this again! You are doing so great! You have 2 beautiful daughters and you need to be happy for them...remember you are doing this for you as well! Keep your chin up and keep pushing yourself, you can do this!

I'm right with ya...started over again today, and managed to make it through w/out deviating from the plan. What do you have left, 10 pounds or so? You could probably get rid of that doing this detox again. All my best to ya!!
