Day #6 of change.
Walked 3.3 today in the warm sunshine, temp already 62 at 11:30! Had my pancake breakfast BEFORE walking today. When DH makes them, he omits the oil which is why it's not logged.
Very hungry yesterday. Had a slice of spinach pie late in the afternoon, as my Atkins bar snack earlier didn't help the hunger much. Had a good dinner but was again hungry about an hour later. I tried to do other things, keeping my mind off it as much as I could but by bedtime, my stomach was really growling and churning. Ate a hard boiled egg, even though I felt my calories had been just fine for the day. That helped and I was able to fall asleep. Not sure what all that was about, as I've been able to eat more this week with the change in food I'm testing out. I shouldn't be hungry with what I'm eating.
Almost another half pound down today (not logged), so we'll see how this whole experiment turns out in just a few days.
