Well today is day 6 of going to curve's and I tried the Zumba exercise class and boy I ended up drinking 32 out of 36 oz of water in an hour. I felt energized after that and than I went to my Behavior Class for the gastric surgery and than I saw the doctor and I surprised the nutritionist and she was surprised because I haven't seen her since the beginning of January and I went from 441 lbs to 415.2 lbs in two months. So we talked about thing that I need to work on and I said bring down my Carbs and I should be good. I am just so excited that I am back to what I was last year at this time so now my next goal is to get under 400 by my birthday on April the 4th. So here we go.
