It feels so good to shed the first 10 pounds. I read somewhere that for every 10 pounds you loose there is added health benefits.
I have noticed that I don't feel like I am on a diet. I do not have ravinish cravings anymore. Yesterday I actually had to tell myself "wow stop doing housework and have luch because it is getting late." My body never got hungry. It feels so good to be satisfied all the time. Last night I made seafood chowder for dinner. With cream, homemade chicken stock, salmon and shrimp, butter, and celery and put cut up potatoes and corn on the side for other people to add in. I added in broccolli instead in my bowl. Everyone said it was amazing! Oh ya and old bay seasoning. We had a garden salad with it. Am I really loosing weight eating so wonderful? Love it!
