Triaby: 1 pound - and really happy about it!

gilliansings: 1.5 pounds - lost due to killer exercises!

dboza: Holding the 4 pound loss from 2/3! Way to go!

erinwarrior: .2 lb. - every little bit counts!

Myself: Lost 2 pounds - but these were the 2 pounds I gained last week. This makes me 2 pounds behind schedule. We still have 8 weeks left and I am going to make this!

I've been bad, bought some beer, shouldn't have. Tough week at work should have stuck with exercise, water, and herb tea. Back on plan for me also.

Good for you! Wish i could say that, retire i would have time to do things i want to do. Don't think i will ever get to, no one else to help pay the bills. Not enough in my 401k to supplement social security. Will be 65 in July. Maybe I'll meet a special new someone now that I'm feeling better about myself.

I lost another 1.5 lbs! This I attribute to continuing to exercise even when it really hurt. Onward Ho!

Hey Buffy I was relieved that my salt fluctuation happened yesterday and not Sunday! I have no idea why the challenges won't update - did you have to contact them to fix it?
