Trying Cayenne supplements. Figure it can't hurt, just an herb. I wanted to post on my journal so I would know the exact date I started them. Taking 3-4 a day starting today, 2/13/14. I am also sticking with my fiber supplement. Just can't get enough fiber in my diet on food alone. The fiber has really helped regulate me and when I first started taking it I finally broke the 170's. But I'm stuck again in the low 160's. Weather is finally getting up above the freezing mark so the snow is melting.
