Making some Jalapeño Poppers Atkins Style for a snack. Just having to gut those things made me choke and cleared my sinuses. Wow! I can't imagine what eating them is going to do. I really wasn't hungry much today. I'm kinda hoping it doesn't affect my weight loss.

I'm on day 4 of the Atkins (Induction phase); and I'm NEVER hungry. I've been forcing myself to eat though. (Not easy) I found myself telling hubby how I miss feeling hungry and then feeling that satisfaction LOL Enjoy those poppers! I can't tolerate anything 'hot' like that. :-/

They weren't hot surprisingly. I definitely want my husband to go get me some more Jalapeños.
