So today i went all day without a Dr. Pepper. This is HUGE people! The headache is down to a dull roar so that is good.

That is SOOOOO good about the soda! If you read more about high fructose corn syrup and how bad it is it will keep you away from it for good. Keep it up! :)

Wayne, It is actually terrible that i drink to begin with because I am allergic to corn. But that is the only corn product i ever consume. Corn syrup is terrible! Along with many other things, and I always try to buy things without it in it, but sometimes it can be really hard.

It can be hard. Manufacturers love it because it is such a cheap sweetener, but it is so bad for the human body. Their trade association tries to tell the public it's the same as cane sugar, but it's not.

I haven't given up my daily one can of diet cola. I know I could do it, but it is such a habit, a reward for a long day! I am proud of you! That is HUGE! Congratulations!

Congratulations!!! Those brownies sound delish! I love pb & chocolate...Reese's peanut butter cups are one of my favorites. I'm gonna look that site up. Thanks for the recommendation.

When I gave up Diet Pepsi, I had migraines. Two days of Tylenol Migraine formula and I was good.

Oh I know your pain but congratulations! I love Dr. Pepper as well but have given it up for several months now. Its hard the first few days but after a while you won't even think about it.
