Ok, trying my hardest to cook healthy, but my little pie chart at the bottom of my home page says I am eating all carbs..... but I am eating veggies? Weird. Anyways, lots of great recipes in Everyday Food this month. Tried their Black bean soup this afternoon, very good after lots of "dolling" up.
Any ways! Another hour of JD2 this morning and I feel AWESOME! 500 cals burned! I can't get that much of a workout on my elliptical!
