I just bought the book, "I Can Make You Thin" by Paul McKenna. I'm going to try this instead of Weight Watchers. I figured that I have failed every diet I have ever tried so it can't hurt to try this approach and if it works, I won't ever have to diet again. That will be great because dieting is hard and not much fun. It came with a guided hypnosis cd. I listened to it for the first time today and I wound up so relaxed and energized and I feel like I can do anything. If this is a success, I'll let you know. WISH ME LUCK!!
