So we are coming up on the end of the year and I have been thinking about changing up my workout, trying something new, maybe even a tidge bit harder. I don't have the money to join a gym, join an on-line workout site or buy more workout video's. So I am open for suggestions. Currently I walk, jog, ride my stationary bike and do some weight lifting with free weights. Any thoughts?

Can you rent some dvd's from the library or you could check out bodyrock dot com and try some of their stuff.

If you have cable or fios and have on demand, there are work outs in the health and fitness sections

buy the biggest loser cd's they always have great work outs that will boost your weight loss. I'm starting mine on Monday, it's a 6 week program with their 4-3-2-1 diet. I hope it works.

Hmmm...good challenge to have. One way to break it up might be to try doing intervals -sprints for one minute off and on during your jogs; pedal all out on the bike rides for one minute during your ride, etc.

You can go to the library and borrow work out videos if you have one in mind. Our library is pretty well stocked in the fitness section, also secondhand stores are always great to find fitness videos. I found some Zumba videos and they are a lot of fun.

find some place with lots of stairs!! stairs are such good work out. but take it easy the first few work outs because it can be very sore.
