It's been about 7 months since I've been here. And although this feels right, like the first step back towards being healthy and attempting to lose weight, I am trepidatious. Because i have made this decision for the last time, many, many times. I will be healthy. I will feel great. Heard it before from MY mouth. That's what my mouth said. OVER & OVER again. So I'll not say it. I have not stood on my scale in over 7 months. I have not walked, I have eaten alot of crap. I am tired. I have been smoking off and on. I am disgusted with my chubby body which has seen better days. The New Year begins and so does my usual resolution making. But will i keep them. and for how long? I will weigh my self now. and I will remain positive. and i will take one week, one day, one meal, one bite at a time. and i will do the best i can. no unrealistic expectations. ok. i promise.
