I just ran 5 laps on a mountain loop with a friend. 16 miles in 3 hrs 45 min. I am absolutely wiped out. This was a bucket list achievement for me. I have no appetite at all. Going to a dinner at the church tonight, I'm not even going to worry about what I eat!
