In September at GNO, when I bent over to keep from passing out, I noticed I couldn't get my head between my legs because of my stomach! Ever since then I've been depressed about this, but not really doing anything. Then I noticed my size 14 clothes didn't fit either when I tried to get into my suits. (I guess I was wearing stretchy-stuff during the summer.

Now the holidays are here and I'm eating pies and rolls and not making changes in my eating habits even though I think about cutting out sugar and flour out of my diet. That's the problem, I THINK about it, I don't ACT.

On a positive note, I have been exercising more. Not where I should be, but making a good effort. Yesterday I did the top of Mills and pushed myself. My time was 1-1/2 hours.
