This was definately a hard week with all the great Thanksgiving food. I promised myself one day of food fun but it turned into three days. Though it felt nice to devour some yummy goodies when I was eating them I feel disgusted with myself now. Though a postitive was I did go to the gym two days over the weekend despite my eating of all the goodies. This week I am back on track and eating healthy. My goal is to lose the two pounds I gained over the Thanksgiving weekend and finish strong at the end of this month. Hoildays they always seem to be bitter sweet.
