As of yesterday morning, I'm down 99 lbs from my May 29th weight. Celebrated with a non-food reward by taking Jennifer & Hazel for a Daddy/Jennifer, Papa/Hazel day. Had a light lunch at Pokey Joes BBQ (Smoked Turkey on a Salad), went to the Inner Space Caverns and took a walking tour through the caves. Followed up with dinner at Chili's (the wonderful Sirloin & Broccoli - 250 cal meal), and went shopping for some new Nike running shoes and clothes for the upcoming Nashville Convention. It feels GREAT to buy clothes in the Perry Ellis store instead of two doors down at the Casual Male XL store!!! Waist size has dropped from 54 to 42. Still have 8 inches to go to be where I need to be (10 inches to be when I was in sports in high school), but I know I can make it. I am supremely confident.
