227 lbs...Detox did wonders..my system is clean. But I learned to take it easy on the apple cider vinegar...I had one glass too many and it was no bueno. I think I might start doing this regularly...at least 1x a month. I really do feel lighter...now to eat some food again...I actually ended up fasting for 42 hours. Hope everyone is having a great day!!

Hope things are bueno now :) - Make sure if you do detoxes / cleansings to replenish the good bacteria in your digestive tract by eating a good diet rich in fiber, protein and low in fat to quickly help restore good bacteria (VERY important). For some individuals, yogurt also works well.

Glad that things are muy bueno amiga!! Yea, cider vinegar can do a number on your tummy if you're not careful!! Like wayne said, get some good greek yogurt or a probiotic to replenish the good bacteria. Glad you are feeling better and back on track!!

Thank you guys...I know most of it was probably just water weight, but it still feels good to get some ick out of my system and the 2 lb loss is awesome :) Here is to a good end of the week!!!
