I feel pretty good. I'm back to my original 20 lb mark! Now, I feel better about going into Thanksgiving, although I'm still eating well today and tomorrow. I'd love to take off just 1 more pound before Thursday. That would give me a little breathing room!!
I decided today that I'm going to start a challenge! I've messaged a few of you for advice - especially Sara - and I'm sure I'll be going back to her forty times!! But if anyone else has any ideas or input or things I should or should not do, please let me know. I want to keep it simple (we all have enough to do this time of year), and I want the focus to be on maintaining our weight loss (or modest weight loss goals - like 5 lbs) and being good to ourselves and our bodies this time of year.
I decided to do this because I couldn't find a challenge that fit what I wanted and during the time that I wanted. And I did so well during the September Challenge that I'd like to get that feeling again.

BREAKFAST 2 boiled eggs = 2C 1 cup of coffee w/hc = 0C
LUNCH 1/2 cup chopped veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, radishes and a few carrot shreds) = 3C 1 low carb tortilla = 3C cream cheese spread = 1C
DINNER 1 cup of spinach salad with warm bacon dressing (YUM!) = 6C sirloin steak = 0C
SNACKS 2 s/f turtles = 1C 2 slices of cheese = 1C 1 diet A&W root beer = 1C 3 celery sticks = 1C
TOTAL = 19
