ROAD BUMPS:...........................DRIVING MANEUVERS:
Not eating enough fruit...............Eat for breakfast,snax & dessert.
Skipping breakfast....................Keep fruit available & take to go.
Not drinking enough water........Keep chilled,add lemon,drink upon waking,before & after exercise/meals.
Eat out.....Go Subway,Jimmy Johns,Jason's Deli,Cheddars,split meal w/ friend or divide ASAP/take home.
Omitting exercise because of weather.....Use DVD's,Walk the mall,Dance.
Seeing food/Not hungry..Remove food/self from area,Drink water,Get mind busy/Recall WHY the change.
Too Busy................. People MAKE time for what's important,It's not optional.Treat as Dr.Appt/Schedule it.
Family treats............Buy what they want but make it a kind that wont tempt me.

I love frozen blueberries. Keep a lot in the freezer to have now that the summer season is over. I grab a few frozen ones and eat them straight away. They satisfy any sweet cravings. When dining out I don't read the entire menu, I only look at salads ( no dressing) I usually bring my own Yogurt bases or just ask for basaltic vinegar or fresh simply grilled fish. I love tuna or salmon and grilled veggies. I don't do well with lots of choices so I limit my decisions. Keep up the good work! It's so worth it....

Great road map!!! Here's a tip when eating out, as soon as you place your order, tell your server to put half of that into a take home box! You end up with a more normal size serving of food, plus you get some for lunch the next day!!
