ROAD BUMPS:...........................DRIVING MANEUVERS: Not eating enough fruit...............Eat for breakfast,snax & dessert. Skipping breakfast....................Keep fruit available & take to go. Not drinking enough water........Keep chilled,add lemon,drink upon waking,before & after exercise/meals. Eat out.....Go Subway,Jimmy Johns,Jason's Deli,Cheddars,split meal w/ friend or divide ASAP/take home. Omitting exercise because of weather.....Use DVD's,Walk the mall,Dance. Seeing food/Not hungry..Remove food/self from area,Drink water,Get mind busy/Recall WHY the change. Too Busy................. People MAKE time for what's important,It's not optional.Treat as Dr.Appt/Schedule it. Family treats............Buy what they want but make it a kind that wont tempt me.
