feeling very discouraged. i have had about 4 days of really bad eating. i started last friday at work, when we all brought some type of goodie to celebrate halloween. i didn't even bother counting my calories. saturday i did a bit better, and i worked out for an hour on the ellyptical machine. yesterday was halloween and the only real meal was breakfast, the rest of my day consisted of frozen yorgurt, chips and cream cheese dip and halloween candy. today i already started off wrong with columbian empanadas and left over halloween candy. what is wrong with me!
